NEW SCARES AT EAST BANGOR’S HAUNTED FIREHOUSE
October 5, 2017
Chains, fog, and flashing lights fill the area as the East Bangor firehouse starts up their annual haunted house once again on Friday, October 6.
The haunted firehouse will include some new, nerve-wracking themes, including American Horror Story’s Freakshow, aliens, dungeons, and funerals.
The entry fee is $10 a person and proceeds go to the firehouse. The event brings in around 300 people each year.
Student Hayley Hoagland helps prepare, set up, and present the attraction to the public.
“Personally, I think it’s a pretty scary event, especially because of the props. It’s definitely family-friendly, but I wouldn’t bring a young child,” Hoagland said.
Students can enjoy the attraction every weekend of October through the 28th, for more information, visit the East Bangor Co. School House Facebook page.
