Basketball (Center), Track & Field (Discus and Shotput), Powderpuff, Student Government, and Class Cabinet.
Which friend or friends will you miss most from Bangor and why?
I can’t just pick one friend. I would like to thank those who have stuck with me the past four years and made my high school experience so memorable. I also want to thank all my teammates throughout the past few years on the basketball and track team.
Which teacher influenced you most or who will you remember most from Bangor and why?
The teacher that influenced me the most was definitely Mr. Raines. I took both his Intro to Sports/Entertainment Marketing and Intro to Business classes my freshman year and his passion for teaching sparked my interest to study advertising and marketing. Anytime I needed help with something, I could always count on him to be there.
What is your best high school memory and why?
It is very hard to pick a single memory. I always loved showing school spirit during football games and representing Bangor as a member on both the Lady Slaters basketball and Track & Field team.
What is your worst high school memory and why?
My worst memory was probably getting a black eye during my junior basketball season because we had just started a new semester and were meeting new teachers for the first time. I’ll never forget the way Mr. Vidumsky looked at me that day.
Which band could play the soundtrack to your high school career and why?
While there is no existing band that can play the soundtrack to my high school career, I can certainly create a fantasy band that represents it quite well. Shawn Mendes makes up my freshman and sophomore year of high school, Harry Styles is my main for junior year, and Luke Combs and Kane Brown describe my senior year. In different stages of my high school career, I related specifically to each of these artists.
If there were a movie made about your high school days, which actor would play your part and why?
Amanda Seyfried would play my part because we have similar features and she is originally from the Lehigh Valley.
When you arrive at school in the morning, where is the first place you want to go and why?
The place doesn’t matter, as long as I remember to bring my coffee with me.
Where do you predict you’ll end up ten years from now and why?
I hope to have a job working for a large advertising firm in New York City because I’ve always had the passion to create and would love to work in the advertising capital of the world.
Which event, events will you miss the most and why?
I will miss not being able to experience all the senior festivities in the second half of the year such as prom, senior banquets, and Op-Grad. What I will miss the most is never having the chance to have a normal graduation and walk across the stage to receive my diploma in front of my friends and family.
What is your favorite quote to live by and why?
“Don’t be afraid of being unique. It’s like being afraid of your best of your best self.” -Donald Trump
I live by this quote because it helps me stay true to myself throughout my life.
What made you choose to play basketball?
Simple. I have always loved the game.
If you could travel anywhere, where would it be and why?
If I could travel anywhere in the world, it would be somewhere exotic such as Tahiti or Hawaii. I’ve always just wanted to be adventurous and visit new places.
