After an impressive high school career, senior tennis star Emilee Brewer will be the newest member of the Northampton Area Community College family where she is committed to play this fall.  

Which friend or friends will you miss most from Bangor and why? 

I will miss Sarah Harvat because we would to go to into the weight room together everyday and she yelling at me to actually do something. Evan Cooper because of our nonstop talks about PennDot. Chris Hanson because we had some days where we didn’t want to do anything in class, so we’d talk about Grey’s Anatomy and tractors. 

Which teacher influenced you most or who will you remember most from Bangor and why? 

I cannot decide who my favorite teacher is but I definitely have my favorites. Mr. Milonas, I could talk about him about anything, even if I made fun of his favorite teams. Mr. Sandt because he understood me, especially when it came to the hunting and farming lifestyle conversations. Mr. Panczer, because he made government and politics fun for me. Also, Mr. Williams because we had fun talks about Penn State and the Broncos, even if we didn’t come to agreements. 

What is your best high school memory and why? 

Winning 4 Colonial League Medals at Tennis Tournaments because I love medals. 

What is your worst high school memory and why? 

Doing Sally in gym class because I hate not being able to feel my arms and legs. 

Which band could play the soundtrack to your high school career and why? 

Florida Georgia Line, because they’re all about livin’ the best life, like me. 

If there were a movie made about your high school days, which actor would play your part and why? 

Cameron Diaz because she’s crazy, like me. 

When you arrive at school in the morning, where is the first place you want to go and why? 

Go to the food stand and get a blueberry muffin, because I’m hungry. 

Where do you predict you’ll end up ten years from now and why? 

I will have a full time job, I will have my own house built, living with my husband, kids, and Great Danes. 

Which event, events will you miss the most and why? 

Going to the pavilion at Bangor Park to get painted up for the Friday night football games and cheering everyone on. 

What is your favorite quote to live by and why? 

“Everything happens for a reason,” is a quote I think about all the time, even when the worst happens. 

What is your favorite tennis ball brand and why? 

Wilson because that’s the brand my tennis coaches would buy at Bangor. 

If you could play tennis against anyone in the world who would it be and why? 

Roger Federer because I feel he is one of the best out there and I’ve watched him play all my life.  

What are your thoughts on Wii Tennis? 

I beat it too many times. 

Do you own a tennis bracelet?   

I got an Alex and Ani tennis bracelet for Christmas two years ago. It is gold with a tennis and diamond charm. One of the best gifts I have ever received.
