Yield: 4 dozen apple crisp cups
Ingredients:
- 3 large Mackintosh apples- peeled, cored, and chopped
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flower
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ brown sugar

- 1 ½ cups butter
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease the 4 12-cup mini-cupcake tins
- Mix the apples, water, white sugar, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon together in a saucepan, and simmer it over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer for about 5 minutes
- Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Cut the butter into the flower mixture and mix until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Place a teaspoon of the crust mixture into a mini-cupcake cup, and press into it the cup so that it covers the bottom and pushed up the sides of the cup.
- Place about 2 teaspoons of apple filling into the crust.
- Sprinkle the left over mixture on the filling
- Bake in the over until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
