What has been your favorite class? What did you like about it?
My favorite class has been Research. I really enjoyed the hands-on learning style—it felt more personal and subjective, allowing me to take ownership of what I was learning. It also taught me valuable life skills that go beyond the classroom.
What are your plans after high school?
I’m heading to Roger Williams University, where I’ll major in marine science and follow a pre-law track. My ultimate goal is to earn my law degree and become a marine lawyer. I want to protect marine environments and advocate for the ecosystems I care deeply about.
What is your best high school memory and why?
Building the bonfire was one of my best memories. It brought everyone together and created a sense of connection that I’ll always remember—it was more than just an event; it was a shared experience.
What activities have you done throughout high school?
I’ve been involved in Research, Baseball, Ecology Club, and SODA. These experiences gave me a mix of academic growth, teamwork, and environmental awareness that shaped who I am today.
If you could switch lives with any teacher for a day, who would it be and why?
I would switch lives with Mr. Robert Hachtman because of his strong environmental perspective. I admire his knowledge and passion for the natural world.
What is your favorite quote to live by?
“You define your own life. Don’t let other people write your script.” This quote reminds me to stay true to myself and not let others shape who I become.
