What have been your favorite classes? What do you like about them?
Psychology stands out due to its intriguing concepts and the creativity infused into each lesson by Mr. Hawks. Statistics, on the other hand, is enjoyable because Mr. Berger not only engages with our humor but also simplifies complex topics with great clarity. His unique approach to teaching is a definite highlight.
What are your plans for after high school?
I plan to pursue the study of Psychology in Europe, expanding my understanding of the subject in an international setting that I personally love.
What is your best high school memory and why?
One of my favorite memories is capturing the energy and excitement at the men’s basketball district semifinals. The atmosphere was electric, which translated into some truly unique and creative shots as a photographer.
What activities have you been involved in throughout high school?
I am in several activities, including playing soccer for three years, participating in the Student Government Association (SGA), working as a sports photographer for the yearbook, and even launching my own business.
If you could switch lives with an inanimate object, what would it be?
I would choose to be a camera. It would be fascinating to experience the world through someone else’s perspective and capture moments from different viewpoints.
100 men or one gorilla?
Without hesitation, I would choose 100 men. There is no way a gorilla could win in that fight.
What is your favorite quote and why?
“There is no such thing as luck. Luck is where preparation meets opportunity.” – Oprah Winfrey
This quote resonates deeply with me because it emphasizes that success is not a matter of chance, but of how we prepare for and capture the opportunities that come our way. It reminds me that I hold the power to shape my own destiny.
