BHS HORTICULTURE BULB FUDRAISER

Deidra Prata, Reporter

Dreading the freezing upcoming weather and already eager for the spring season? After the greenhouse went mostly untouched for almost 10 years, Ms. Finkbeiner and the horticulture classes are working to make it presentable again; they just need help from the community.

Students of this year’s horticulture classes are selling bulbs for fall planting, which will blossom in the spring.

Sets of bulbs range from $10 to $30.

The order forms and money are due Thursday, October 5, 2017 to Mrs. Finkbeiners room in 117; extra forms are available here. Bulbs will arrive to BAHS the week of October 16 and promptly delivered.

Helping out the BHS horticulture program will have you feeling as if spring has already sprung while planting (to-be-colorful-in-the-future) flowers.

Spread the news to family and friends and help get the greenhouse up and running again!
