It’s Friday night, you’re getting ready to go to a party and suddenly you remember that you forgot to pick up some food for everyone. So what’s a simple and quick dip to make that everyone will enjoy? Shockingly, Buffalo Chicken Dip.

How to make Buffalo Chicken Dip:

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 15 to 40 minutes, depending on how much dip is made.

Ingredients:
2 cans of chuck chicken breast, drained
2 bricks of cream cheese, softened
1 cup of ranch or chunky blue cheese dressing
¾ cup of wing sauce (mild, medium, or hot)
1 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Heat up the chicken and wing sauce in a skillet or pot on the stove over medium heat until it is heated through. Steam will rise and the smell of baked chicken will fill the air when it is ready.
2. Add and stir in the cream cheese and ranch (or chunky blue cheese) dressing with the chicken.
3. Stir the ingredients together until it is well blended and warm. The color of the blend should be light orange.
4. Mix in half of the shredded cheese while stirring a little bit slower than the first time. Make sure the cheese is blended in well otherwise it will not have that savory taste.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, and keep stirring on a low setting until the dip is hot and bubbly. Toss the chicken around in the pot or skillet so it can absorb all of the cheese.
6. Serve with nacho chips, celery, or crackers. Enjoy!
