Easy-going, happy, and “Most Humorous” senior Megan Green will be attending Westchester University in the fall. At Westchester, Green will be studying occupational therapy throughout her four years.

What sports, clubs, organizations, jobs do you have an what are your positions in each of these activities?

I am a member of student government, class cabinet, Leo club, and SADD club. I am also Vice President of Ecology Club and Photoshop editor for the Slater Yearbook. Outside of school I am a competitive Scottish Highland dancer.

Which friend or friends will you miss most from Bangor and why?

I will miss all of my closest friends because we have a lot of great memories together and it will be weird not seeing them everyday.

Which teacher influenced you most or who will you remember most from Bangor and why?

Mrs. Reenock because she knows how to relate with her students which makes us feel comfortable with her.

What is your best high school memory and why?

My best memory of high school would be winning the spirit stick at the pep rally because the 2020 class never wins anything.

What is your worst high school memory and why?

Not getting the senior experience and not knowing the last day I was in the high school would be my last time.

Which band could play the soundtrack to your high school career and why?

“Crying in the Club” by Camilla Cabello because I cry a lot.

If there were a movie made about your high school days, which actor would play your part and why?

Jennifer Lawrence because I feel like we have the same sense of humor.

Where do you predict you’ll end up ten years from now and why?

Hopefully in 10 years I will have my own business as an occupational therapist, as well as beginning to start a family.

Which event, events will you miss the most and why?

I will miss being in the Quarry Crew at all football games with all of my friends.

What is your favorite quote to live by and why?

Just keep swimming because I am Dory.

How would you describe your love for dance?

Dance has always been a part of my life and I am very passionate about it.

What is your advice to younger dancers that are striving to make it as far as you?

Just to keep working hard and push yourself even when you do not want to.

Who is your role model that you look up to in dance?

In dance ,I look up to my dance teachers because they put 110% into my dancing.

As a Scottish dancer, what are some of your favorite moves?

My favorite move in dance would be “leaps” because they show how strong you can be.

If there is one dance memory you could relive forever, what would it be?

A dance memory I wish I could relive would be when I won 1st overall at the 2019 Eastern Region Competition.
