How many years have you been a Bangor Slater?
13 years!

Where do you plan to attend college and what will you be studying? What do you want to do as a future career?
Kutztown University! I will be studying pre-veterinary and hope to one day become a large animal veterinarian.

List the sports, activities, clubs, etc. you did while you were at Bangor High School.
Softball, tennis, field hockey, Leo Club, Slater Band, and I was also a UMBT Volunteer!

What three positive words would your friends use to describe you?
Outgoing, positive, and hardworking.

Who will you remember most in Bangor and why?
Mr. Johnson, he was my 8th grade teacher and moved to the high school with my class, he was always my go to teacher.

What is your best high school memory and why?
Not having to wear masks for the first 3 years of my high school career! I could breathe and be with my friends, without having to be yelled out for being too close together.

What is your worst high school memory and why?
Being ineligible for one softball game my freshman year, moral of the story, get your work done on Thursdays!

Which band could play the soundtrack to your high school career and why?
My band would have been different for each year of high school; I definitely went through drastic phases.

If there were a movie or TV show made about your high school days, which actor would play your part and why?
Rebel Wilson is the embodiment of how my life plays out.

When you arrive at school in the morning, where is the first place you want to go and why?
Hangout in the hallways before the homeroom bell rings. It was a good place to socialize with my friends before they left for CIT.

Who influenced you most during high school and why?
Rich Kessler the softball Coach. He was my rock when it came to talking about varsity sports and being a high school athlete.

Where do you predict you’ll end up ten years from now and why?
I hope I’m somewhere down south, playing softball and taking care of my farm animals. That would be the dream life.

Which event, events will you miss the most and why?
I’ll miss having prom and different dances, mainly because they were the only reason to get dressed up and just take a night for yourself.

What is your favorite quote to live by and why?
“The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.”- Ayn Rand. This has been my quote since freshman year in Mrs. Fullwood’s class. This has really taught me to be confident because most people don’t tend to question you if you act like you know what you’re doing. Not letting other people’s opinion sway you and change your direction is also really important.
