Throughout this Slater basketball season, the hard work during practices and games showed how much a team can improve. With the leadership of Coach Kessler, the Slaters finished the (2022-2023) season with a 12-9 record. Both senior captains Josh Giaquinto and Ashton Kluska were in the 2023 All-Star game. Giaquinto received the award of 1st Team All-Colonial League for the 2nd year in a row. Kluska went on to win the 2nd team All-Colonial League as well.

NOT IN MY HOUSE! Senior Capt. Quin Karner denies a layup against Northern Lehigh. Karner played varsity basketball for the Slaters all 4 years of his high school career. He also won Comeback Player of the Year.
LAY ME! Senior Star Capt. Josh Giaquinto goes up for a tough layup against the Bulldog defense. Giaquinto was in the 2023 All-Star Game and was also a runner up for M.V.P in the 2023 Season. He was also 1st Team All Colonial League 2 years in a row.
BABY FOOD! Senior star Capt. Ashton Kluska goes up and babies Salisbury defender for a tuff finish. Kluska was in the 2023 All-Star Game, also was 2nd team All Colonial League as well.
HOP SKIP AND A JUMP AWAY! Senior Bryan Marmol hops and skips through the lane to jump up for a layup.
SO LONG SENIORS 🙁 All of these senior boys (Bryan Marmol, Josh Giaquinto, Ryan Wildrick, Ashton Kluska, Nick Castelletti, Quin Karner) have been playing basketball since they were little. Unfortunately everything has to come to an end eventually. THANK YOU SENIORS!
