What are your favorite classes?

AP Chemistry, Accounting I and II, Introduction to Business, and Personal and Business Law.

What do you hope to study?

I will be attending Penn State University – Smeal College of Business, majoring in accounting and I might double major in Finance. I will graduate with a master’s in accounting while studying for the CPA exam. I would like to work as an accountant. I have enjoyed doing the work involved with accounting even if it is difficult.

Describe your ideal life 10 years from now.

My ideal life 10 years from now is working as an accountant in a Big 4 firm. I would like to own a house on a beach and adopt a dog.

What is your best high school memory?

My best high school memory would be spending time with my friends.

If there were a movie made about your high school days, what would be the title and which actor would play your part?

Jennifer Lawrence would play me because she’s quirky and funny, but I have no idea about a movie title.

Which event will you miss the most and why?

I will miss the spirit weeks because I had fun dressing up.

Who is your biggest mentor?

Mrs. Kopp, she helped me to realize that I had a passion for accounting. She encouraged me to find a career path that would not only be reliable but also something I would enjoy. She has been there for me and supporting me these past two years. I will forever be grateful for her and will never forget how she helped me realize I enjoyed not only math but also accounting. She is overall a kind person as she has stayed after school to talk to me about college and life in general.

What is your favorite quote to live by?

Karma is only mean if you are.

Who will you remember most in Bangor?

Mrs. Diorio, who has helped me throughout my entire high school career, as well as letting me stop in to get advice. Mrs. Deemer has continuously helped me and has shown me so much kindness. Mr. Raines, I’m sad that I only started taking his classes in my senior year, but I have so much respect for him. I never thought I would be interested in running a business or even law but after taking his classes, his passion and knowledge gets you hooked on any subject.

What activities (sports, clubs, jobs) have you done throughout your high school career? Which of these activities is your favorite?

Bangor Slater softball, National Honor Society, Student Government, Envirothon, Ecology Club, worked at TKs Bar and Grill, Dunkin Donuts currently, and Rory O’Moore Bagpipe and Drum. My favorite activity was probably National Honor Society, I was the vice president this year and junior class representative last year. I enjoyed this because it gave me a chance to be creative and work with many different people in order to do activities that everyone wanted to do.
