Senior Casey Gudall is looking forward to starting a new, exciting phase of his life following graduation. He will attend Penn State to major in Aerospace engineering in the hopes that he will one day work for SpaceX or an equivalent space agency.

What clubs, sports, activities, etc. were you involved in during your years at Bangor?

Soccer, Student Government, Spanish Honor Society

What is our proudest accomplishment(s) academically?

I was very happy to get an A in Mr. Hachtman’s Honors Bio.

Best high school memory?

Taking AP Euro has to be my favorite memory because it was very unique and the most interesting class I ever took.

Worst memory?

My worst memory was having to pull an all-nighter before a soccer game to complete an AP Euro paper.

Who influenced you the most during your high school career and why?

My brother was my biggest influence because he has experience applying to and attending college so I learned a bunch of stuff from him.

What is your favorite quote to live by and why?

“Life finds a way.”

If there were a movie made about your high school days, which actor would play your part and why?

Absolutely Steve Buscemi. His strapping looks and persona would be perfect for my role.

If you could find an algorithm for anything what would you choose?

I would make an algorithm to determine the absolute minimum amount of work I would need to put in to be successful.

 

What was your favorite math class that you took? Why?

AP Super Calc (Calculus I, Calculus AB, and Calculus BC) was my favorite math class that I took in high school because it is the most similar math class offered at this school for my intended area of study.

What is your biggest unanswered question?

Why does it cost $12.50 to send an SAT score to a college??
